Polselli Flour Pizza Demonstration


Some of our customers, staff, and industry partners were lucky enough to attend a demonstration recently, which was presented by 2016 World Pizza Champion Andrea Cozzolino, and 'Made in Casa' owner Valerio Violetti. Featuring only the finest ingredients from Seed Trading such as Polselli Flour and RObo Specialita, along with salumi from Puopolo Artisan Salumi, Andrea and Valerio created a selection of delicious menu items ranging from Truffle Pizza to Agnolotti filled with beef, veal, and rabbit covered in parmesan and burnt butter.

Andrea kicked off the demonstration by explaining the varities of flour developed by Polselli, and the fine science that goes into creating the perfect flour and the perfect pizza dough. This was great information for our customers, who understand how vital it is to create high quality meals for their restaurants and cafes. Damian from Puopolo also explained the range of delicious deli goods that were being used in the demonstration, such as ham, mortadella, and salami.

After these presentations, it was all about the food. Andrea and Valerio made some delicious pizza and pasta for everyone to sample, and thanks to Dynamic Catering's amazing pizza oven, the food was cooked speedily and efficiently, and eaten even faster! Featuring delicious ingredients such as Robo Napoli Sauce, Puopolo salami soppresata, and Leni mozzarella, it was a feast for the senses for all attendees.
